Fixed Price Servicing & Machine Condition
Inspection Report Proposals.

In line with Astec Australia’s ongoing commitment and continual devotion to the specific service needs of our customers. Astec Australia Service is offering fixed price servicing and periodic machine condition inspection report proposals for your current fleet and newly acquired mobile assets.

We offer these proposals as a Level Above the standard OEM 250hr & 1000hr scheduled serviced items and can tailor any specific identified items that you require to be added. Each scheduled service completed comes with direct feedback a comprehensive service report for your records.

All our Fixed Price Offers include OEM parts and factory trained experienced service technicians that can identify any issues and recommend any adjustments or repairs required. The program is flexible  in that services can be completed at your location or an Astec Australia location and in the field where possible.

The periodic machine condition inspection reporting is a great starting point and provides a detailed safety, operational, mechanical condition evaluation and direct feedback to your required department managers to assist with any issues or future maintenance budgetary forecasting requirements.


Astec Australia has supplied and maintained Roadtec Pavers, Profilers and Shuttle Buggies in Australia and New Zealand since 1995. With our Fixed Price offer, Astec Australia is
 able to provide ongoing operational & technical training services support, for minor or major projects ensuring that your mobile fleet operates at its maximum uptime, productive efficiency and exhibits trouble free operation.
