Rugged, reliable and versatile, Telsmith HF vibrator mechanisms deliver outstanding performance in the toughest work environments.

Telsmith introduces the TRAC10, a stand-alone remote control system that monitors crusher operations, provides automated calibration and setting controls, and protects the crusher from overload, all to yield greater crushing performance and efficiency.

Optimum crusher settings are maintained via remote adjustment using the TRAC10. Your operator can initiate an automated calibration process via the touch screen monitor, that automatically zero's-out and resets to the proper setting. Operators can also modify the crusher setting at any time, even while crushing,

The Telsmith TRAC10 can be installed economically into any plant. As a stand-alone crusher control system, the TRAC10 provides SBS crusher operators with many of the advantages of automation without the budget for a complete rework of plant controls.

TRAC10 also monitors crusher operations to help you protect your investment and lower operating costs.

The Model SBX is a modern, high production secondary cone crusher specifically designed for large, extra coarse feed material.

Available in three models, 44 SBX (300 HP), 52 SBX (400 HP) and 57 SBX (500 HP), the SBX cone serves the mining and aggregate industries with reliable high performance.

A patented relief and clearing system provides greater protection from overload conditions and a safe / quick start-up following a power failure.

Sharing common design concepts and many components between the SBX and SBS allows the plant manager to be efficient with parts inventories, maintenance planning and employee training.

Combining performance, reliability, ease of operation and outstanding Telsmith support, the SBX is the ideal choice for secondary crushing circuits.

Dependable productivity at the lowest cost per ton - that's the standard for Telsmith jaw crushers.

With 7 models ranging from the 1021 to the 3042 and a century of industry expertise, Telsmith jaw crushers have proven themselves in the most difficult sand & gravel, quarried rock and recycling operations.

The crusher main frame is the core element to success. Every Telsmith frame is engineered and crafted of welded steel, and fully stressrelieved for durability.

Telsmith jaw crushers are simple and quick to maintain. This safe, user-friendly system, means maintenance crews are inclined to change settings regularly allowing the plant to perform consistently at optimum levels.

Our commitment to service and support is as dependable as our crushers.

Impact crushers are used in quarry applications for primary, secondary or tertiary crushing, They may also be used in recycling asphalt or concrete.

Telsmith engineers will work with you to determine the best crusher for your application. This type of up-front planning means greater reliability, less maintenance and reduced operating costs.

Primary impact crushers are typically selected for high reduction, high capacity applications.
